Subscription Cancellation
If you have purchased a subscription to our Service, you may cancel it at any time. However, cancellation will only take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. You will continue to have access to the features until the end of the period you have already paid for.
To cancel a subscription, follow these steps:
- Open the Google Play Store or App Store on your device.
- Go to "Subscriptions" and select "Scroll Block".
- Tap "Cancel Subscription" and confirm your action.
Refund Policy
We do not offer refunds for subscriptions once they have been activated, except where required by law. Please review the features and functionality carefully before subscribing.
In cases of exceptional circumstances (e.g., duplicate transactions or technical issues with the Application), you may request a refund by contacting us. Refund requests will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis, and our decision will be final.
How to Request a Refund
If you believe you qualify for a refund, please follow these steps:

- Explain the reason for your refund request.
- Allow us up to 7 business days to review and respond to your request.
Processing Time
If a refund is approved, it may take up to 10 business days for the amount to reflect in your original payment method, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Non-Refundable Items
The following items are non-refundable:
- One-time payments for premium features (unless there is a technical issue preventing access).
- Expired subscriptions or services already used during the billing cycle.
- Refund requests made after 30 days from the transaction date.
